Brad Clark is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Advocate Health, the third largest nonprofit health system in the U.S., created from the combination of Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health. Brad oversees revenue cycle management, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management, financial reporting, accounting, treasury and managed health resources.
Brad has more than 20 years of comprehensive health care financial management experience, including his previous role as senior vice president for financial planning and treasurer for Atrium Health. He has also held the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer for Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, with responsibility for all financial functions, including accounting and financial reporting, investment and treasury management, capital and debt structure, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, revenue cycle, payer relations and contracting, procurement, facilities and real estate.
Before that, Brad also served as vice president of treasury and treasurer at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, overseeing investment management, debt management, real estate finance, capital capacity analysis. He was the primary liaison to bank partners, rating agencies and investors.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Appalachian State University and a master's in business administration from Wake Forest University.
